One-on-One Sessions


Fitness Solutions provides certified instructors for One-on-One instruction on specialized Pilates equipment for maximum results. Such exercises are performed on equipment using resistance with specialized springs that work the entire body from the core. Semi-Private Sessions, 2 - 4 Person Groups

We offer semi-private instruction for those who are interested in being challenged and energized by other Pilates students at their same skill level. Adds a new twist to mat exercises. Tightens arms, thighs and improves balance and control
