 We also have a large scale, hardwood flex flooring
system providing comfortable, pristine mat exercise area.
Full length mirrors cover all of the main studio walls to provide you
with visual feedback as you go through your instruction. This way you
can visually memorize your form as well as concentrate on the central
nature of the overall Pilates movements.
